Terms & Conditions for Online Fee Payment Portal 

1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Online Fee Payment 

Portal of NICE Pvt. ITI or ITI NICE  (A unit of Sagar Foundation).

1.2. By accessing and using this Portal, you ("User"/"Parent"/"Student") agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

1.3. The institution reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review them periodically. 

2. Fee Payment Details 

2.1. Fees can be paid online through the Portal using Debit / Credit cards / Net Banking / UPI or any other mode available.

2.2. Payment of fees must be made within the due dates (10th of Every Current Month) specified by the institution or ITI. Delayed payments may attract Late fees (@ Rs 20/- Per day) as per ITI  rules. 

2.3. The institution or ITI is not responsible for any additional charges levied by banks / payment gateways (e.g., transaction fees, service charges etc). 

3. Privacy Policy 

3.1. The institution or ITI respects your privacy and is committed to protect your personal information.

3.2. Information collected during fee payment (such as Name,Trade, Contact Details, Admission / Roll Number and Transaction details etc.) will be used solely for processing payments, maintaining records, and related administrative purposes. 

3.3 The ITI or Institution does not sell, share, or disclose personal information to any third party, except as required by law or to facilitate secure payment processing through authorized payment gateways. 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy 

4.1. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. 

4.2. Cancellation of payments is not permitted once the transaction is successfully processed. 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The institution shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in payment arising out of  system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or technical errors in third-party payment gateways. 

5.2 Users are advised to ensure accurate details (admission/roll number, name, amount, etc.) while making payments. The institution will not be liable for incorrect entries made by the User. 

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws 

of India.
